You handle making it work.</p><p>THE MONEY:</p><ul><li>Above market hourly rate for licensed electricians</li><li>Paid every Friday (yes, every single Friday)</li><li>Efficiency bonus: 40-hour job done right in 35? Get paid for 42 hours</li></ul><p>THE DAILY REALITY:</p><ul><li>7 AM: Coffee ready, materials staged by unit</li><li>Clear electrical plans, not sketch-on-a-napkin drawings</li><li>Laborers bring materials as you need them</li><li>Site super who speaks electrician</li><li>Real bathrooms, actual lunch area</li><li>No cleaning up drywall guys&#39; mess</li></ul><p>We build the same 4-12 unit apartments repeatedly. Once you know our layouts, you&#39;ll fly through rough-ins. Panel locations, circuit runs, device placement - all standardized.
