Position: Permanent Full-Time Logistics Analyst.<br>

Responsibilities:
In general job duties description as the position:<ul><li>Compile orders and instructions received from customers.</li><li>Develop specific plans to prioritize.</li><li>Organize tasks to accomplish the work.</li><li>Oversee operational logistics of the organization.</li><li>Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.</li><li>Track and complete work orders.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports.</li><li>Maintain work records and logs.</li><li>Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders</li><li>Follow-up on issues with work orders</li><li>Keep track of shipments</li><li>Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices.</li><li>Organize and maintain inventory.</li><li>Transport and handle dangerous goods.</li></ul>
Company requests, including but not limit to:<ul><li>Analyzing all shipping tasks based on value of APIs, storage conditions, requested timeline by customers and US border crossing requirements for APIs to determine most cost-effective methods of transportation (MOA). </li><li>Working together with US custom broker to file the entry for APIs and prepare all paper works for customs, FDA and other PGAs which may possibly get involved, in the meantime, monitoring customs/FDA clearance status for each entry through ITACS to ensure the corresponding with FDA not exceeding deadline.</li><li>Understanding the FDA's requirements (REG, DLS, MFG codes Etc.)for APIs/excipients importation to ensure all APIs entering into US are in compliance with FDA regulations. </li><li>Understanding APHIS/EPA exemption rules and prepare statement for disclaiming and crossing border when products are flagged by customs. </li><li>Setting up FDA product code database for hundreds of APIs that company currently sourcing from different MFGs based on drug classification and intend use. </li><li>Understanding HTS codes ruling for hundreds of APIs based on organic/inorganic chemical structure to</li><li>Setting up database for tariff rate/ exemptions base on COO and US EO for adjusting tariff and monitoring for future changes, in the meantime, ensure proper HTS codes used for entries to avoid over payment for US duties. </li><li>Understanding IATA DG regulations and being qualified to handling shipments containing dangerous good. </li><li>Understanding Health Canada requirements for transportation of controlled substance and signing up exclusive service agreement with logistic company to have Chain of Custody on file for each shipment. </li></ul>

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:<ul><li>Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) Certificate.</li><li>Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.</li></ul>
