Success in this position requires a good foundation and strong interest in technology, a need to keep yourself and others organized and a true desire to work with people. </p><p><br></p><p>Join our Managed Services Department as an <b>Account Manager</b>, where your ability to connect, organize, and lead will directly impact client success and departmental growth. You'll manage multiple accounts keeping control of the details and the flow of activity that matter to the clients and to the organization. Note, this is not a sales role although there are some elements that will touch sales activity.</p><p><br></p><p>If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have a knack for translating technical language into business value, this may be the opportunity for you. The majority of your time (roughly 80%) will focus on account activity management as well as direct client contact. This includes documentation and record keeping as well as technical activity coordination and tracking for clients, ensuring that commitments made are being delivered. </p><p><br></p><p>This position offers a hybrid working environment, blending remote flexibility with on-site responsibilities. Please note, fully remote work is NOT available for this role. Candidates must be located in <b>Edmonton</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>1. <b>Client Management & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with client organizations.</li><li>Deliver <b>Level 4 Customer Service</b>, as per PC Corp program,<b> </b>with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and responsiveness.</li><li>Stay on top of the key communications and activities between the client and internal teams.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.</li><li>Maintain a well-rounded structure for client management that includes collaborating closely with the Client Management Team and Technical Services.</li><li>Provide strategic oversight of accounts, ensuring daily operations meet client expectations.</li><li>Translate technical concepts into business language and be able to align client needs with technical roadmaps.</li></ul><p>2. <b>Process & Performance</b></p><ul><li>Follow structured client management processes to ensure consistency and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Represent the PC Corp brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.</li><li>Maintain strong organizational systems to manage multiple accounts effectively.</li></ul><p>3. <b>Growth & Innovation</b></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to promote our technical product and services within client accounts, always ensuring the client best interests are safeguarded.</li><li>Contribute to departmental marketing and revenue goals.</li><li>Seek innovative ways to improve our departmental performance and the client experience.</li></ul><p>4. <b>Additional Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Build long-term relationships with vendor organizations.</li><li>Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment.</li><li>Support administrative tasks and identify opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li><b>Strong ability to organize and stay organized</b> in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Dedicated to ensuring <b>100% customer satisfaction</b> both internal and external.</li><li>Able to enjoy a mix of approximately<b> 80% of administrative account management responsibilities,</b> often working directly with clients, while the remaining 20% may be in a variety of activities as part of the Client Management team which also includes Inside and Outside sales positions.</li><li>A genuine interest in people and technology, with a passion for continuous learning in the IT industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strategic problem-solving and analytical thinking.</li><li>Understanding of sales processes and client development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>4+ years of proven experience</b> as an Account Manager or similar roles.</li><li>Proven success in building and maintaining client and colleague relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts with <b>strong organization</b> and <b>time-management skills</b>.</li><li>Proven track record of success in the <b>technology field </b>with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join Us? </b></p><p> At PC Corp, our staff are the source of PC Corp's success.
