Manager, Project Services - Amico Mobility<br />Amico Group of Companies - Richmond Hill<br /><br />Amico is a Canadian Manufacturing Company that has been supplying products to the Global Healthcare market for over 30 years. We require an experienced Manager to manage a team of in-house employees including Project Managers, Support and Administrative Staff.<br /><br />Responsibilities will include:<br />Directly responsible to oversee Project Services staff, including CSRs, Estimators, AutoCAD Technicians, Project Coordinators and Project Managers.<br />Communicate with external customers.<br />Maintain a productive staff while meeting customer objectives.<br />Coordinate workflow, review procedures and processes.<br />Foster strong relationships with the day to day client contacts and achieve high client satisfaction levels by building/maintaining a strong client rapport as well as continually providing added value and ensuring satisfaction.<br />Thorough understanding of client contract, specifically focused on project delivery and service needs including the documentation, maintenance and detailed understanding of the client ecosystem.<br />Ensure accounts are being managed and maintained.<br />Manage various tasks such as invoicing, quoting and other administrative duties.<br />Work in collaboration with Sales, Production and Support teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience.<br />Qualifications:<br />A minimum of 3-5 five years experience in a leadership position is required.<br />Previous experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing and/or construction is highly preferred.<br />Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.<br />Leadership skills, fostering engagement and a positive team environment with strong people management.<br />Ability to anticipate and resolve client problems/issues<br />Strong customer service orientation with superior interpersonal, communication (oral and written)<br />Ability to work effectively with little supervision based upon an agreed to set of objectives and goals<br />Possess Strong Computer Skills (SAP is an asset but not required)<br />Detail oriented and excellent organizational and planning skills.<br />Able to generate reports<br /><br />For more information, please visit us at <br /><br /> Only selected candidates will be contacted.<br /><br />Browse Jobs in Canada by City
