Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations at the provincial level.
  • Support agents in delivering exceptional real estate brokerage service to clients, ensuring compliance with provincial license law, association membership, and MLS participation.
  • Oversee and participate in the transaction review process, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
  • Lead and inspire teams with strong supervision and systems, processes, and technology adoption to drive efficiency and agent success.
  • Be a key participant on the provincial leadership team, delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents in representation of clients and customers.
  • Respond to agents’ requests for assistance promptly and provide guidance on license transfers and liaison with internal departments as needed.
  • Promote safety, well-being, collaboration, transparency, integrity, agility, and agent-centricity; promote adoption of eXp technology and platforms (e.g., Skyslope, Task Center, DocAI, CRM, Slack, Workplace).
  • Train and coach agents on the technology stack and new tech initiatives to maximize productivity and client experience.
  • Pilot and adopt new technology solutions to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance agent support.
  • Balance compliance requirements with innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ensure ongoing contract review for legal and contractual compliance.
  • Conduct and oversee training sessions on contracts, risk management, compliance, licensing, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, company policies, and operational excellence; support innovation in tech-enabled processes and AI-powered tools.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to agents in compliance and business development; prepare monthly reports on Brokerage Operations and tech adoption indicators.
  • Other accountabilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Holds an active real estate license with continuing education credits in real estate management, legal compliance, and technology adoption.
  • Experience in managing a brokerage firm, preferably from operations, compliance, and technology leadership perspectives.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate law, regulations, FINTRAC, Privacy Act, CREA Code of Ethics, and MLS Rules.
  • Strong aptitude for learning, adopting, and training others on new technology.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization; collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to think operationally, strategically, and technologically to achieve business goals; high sense of urgency, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highest degree of integrity; ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
  • Member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
  • Proficiency in eXp technology platforms (Skyslope, CRM of choice, Slack, DocAI, etc.) preferred.
