Our culture is focused on providing a safe and supportive workplace including paid training, excellent benefits, a wellness program, and much more. <br><br>What you will be doing:</p><p><p></p><p>Strategic Marketing & Storytelling</p><ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational growth and revenue goals</li><li>Craft compelling narratives that translate programs, services, and outcomes into clear, engaging stories for funders, partners, and clients</li><li>Position The Family Centre as a trusted, innovative leader in community impact and workplace wellbeing</li></ul> <p>Sales Enablement & B2B Support</p><ul><li>Develop sales-focused marketing assets </li><li>Partner closely with programs, operations, and leadership teams to align messaging with growth priorities</li><li>Support social-enterprise and B2B initiatives through targeted campaigns and relationship-driven marketing</li></ul> <p>Digital Marketing & Innovation</p><ul><li>Lead and evolve digital platforms including website, email marketing, and social media</li><li>Use analytics, CRM insights, and performance data to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness</li><li>Stay current with marketing technologies, automation tools, and best practices relevant to non-profit and B2B environments</li></ul> <p>Stakeholder & Brand Management</p><ul><li>Lead media relations and key stakeholder communications</li><li>Manage external vendors including designers, printers, and web developers</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and voice across all internal and external channels</li></ul> <p>Leadership & Collaboration</p><ul><li>Brings energy, momentum, and a strong visible leadership presence</li><li>Foster a high-performance culture and atmosphere of collaboration with cross-functional teams</li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability with a results-oriented approach</li><li>Direct and supervise Marketing & Communications staff</li><li>Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development aligned with outcomes</li><li>Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative service objectives</li><li>Ensure individual and unit performance is monitored and evaluated in relation to objectives and agency critical success factors</li></ul></p> <p>You Are:</p><ul><li>Leads with confidence and enthusiasm, inspiring others to engage</li><li>Comfortable being a visible ambassador for the organization</li><li>Passionate, confident, with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>A strategic storyteller who can inspire action and support growth</li><li>Digitally fluent, data-informed, and comfortable balancing creativity with execution</li><li>Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> <p>What you will bring to the role:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline</li><li>Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing and communications experience</li><li>Minimum 3 years of managerial experience</li><li>Experience supporting B2B sales, partnerships, or social enterprise initiatives is a strong asset</li><li>Ability to navigate courageous conversations effectively </li></ul> <p>Background Check Process & Requirements:</p><ul><li>As a part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers</li><li>Police Information Check -
