About the role

Rouge Care is looking for a performance-driven Copywriter who can translate complex wellness science into clear, credible, and high-converting messaging.

You'll work closely with marketing, growth, and design to write copy that moves metrics across paid ads, email flows, landing pages, and product launches. Accuracy matters here. So does trust. We don't do hype or exaggerated claims.

If you think like a marketer, write like a journalist, and obsess over clarity and results, you'll feel at home.

This role is for you if you:

  • Can shift seamlessly from educational to conversion-focused copy while staying true to the Rouge Care voice.
  • Write with revenue in mind, your words are meant to drive revenue.
  • Enjoy testing angles, headlines, hooks, and CTAs, and learning from the data.
  • Value precision, credibility, and trust over clever taglines or buzzwords.
  • Have a journalistic mindset and enjoy deep research to truly understand what you're writing about.

What you'll do:

  • Write and edit copy for paid ads, email campaigns and flows, product pages, landing pages, blogs, PR, and launches.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and Content Designer to develop, test, and scale new ideas.
  • Help maintain and evolve Rouge Care's brand voice and copy guidelines.
  • Contribute to scripts for video ads and social content.
  • Partner with the growth team to test messaging, optimize conversions, and improve performance over time.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience (DTC or eCommerce required; health, wellness, or beauty strongly preferred).
  • A portfolio with proven examples of copy for ads, emails, blogs and landing pages that performed.
  • Understanding of email marketing, CRO, SEO and paid ads best practices.
  • Excellent written English and French.
  • Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta ads and Google ads is a plus.
