<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Marketing Data Analyst will help business stakeholders gauge the performance of their marketing programs and derive strategic Insights to improve performance of communications programs, website engagement, media campaigns, etc. This role will be responsible for designing the tracking methods, and either implementing the tracking or work with technical teams to implement them. The Marketing Data Analyst will also design and implement reporting solutions required to deliver answers to business questions. This person will work independently as part of a team, and at times, directly with our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Under the supervision of the CTO the Marketing Data Analyst will:</p><p>·        Gather and interpret analytics data related to marketing Initiatives, product performance and customer experience</p><p>·        Compile data from a variety of sources into cohesive and comprehensive customer reports and visualizations with actionable Insights (the "so what")</p><p>·        Develop scalable and repeatable reporting methods using the appropriate analysis tools</p><p>·        Develop recurring manual and automated reports / dashboards</p><p>·        Create and manage ongoing tracking across multiple website and other marketing technology platforms</p><p>·        Identify, troubleshoot and help resolve data Issues</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>·        Bachelor or equivalent degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience</p><p>·        Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience, preferably related to digital marketing and/or customer data</p><p>·        Experience developing scalable and repeatable reporting methods using the appropriate analysis tools</p><p>·        Solid knowledge of web analytics, with hands on experience with web analytics tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics</p><p>·        Hands on knowledge of a variety of tools that can be used for processing and analyzing data, including Python notebooks, Excel, SQL server, R, etc.</p><p>·        Familiarity with building reports, visualizations and dashboards, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Oracle BI, and Datorama</p><p>·        A curious mind, a student of the craft who enjoys keeping up to date with and sharing the latest in marketing and digital analytics</p><p>·        Well-developed interpersonal skills and builds positive relationships internally and externally</p><p>·        Attention to detail and organizational skills</p><p>·        Demonstrated ability to make good decisions under pressure</p><p>·        Outstanding work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects, getting things done right the first time</p><p>·        Be aligned to our agency values of Integrity, Loyalty, and Unwavering Commitment to Quality</p><p><br></p><p><b>Good to know</b></p><p>Ø From time to time you will need to work on-site in our downtown Toronto office.</p><p>Ø From time to time you will need to be able to travel locally and/or internationally as the business requires.</p><p>Ø From time to time you will need to be available to clients and team members beyond the 9-5 workday as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><b>How to apply</b></p><p>Submit your CV and a letter of intent (optional) at careers@responseinnovations.com with the subject line Marketing Data Analyst by Sept 19, 2025.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About RI</b></p><p>From idea to execution, we help customer-centric marketers unlock more value from their data than they ever imagined.
