Job Description
Your role will have a significant impact on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing mission-critical machinery within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment with hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Conducting scheduled inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing preventative maintenance
- Interpreting technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise alignment and calibration
- Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards
- Documenting repairs, maintenance logs, and operational protocols
- Supporting the setup and testing of new systems and machinery
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Millwright with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial environments
- Valid certification in a relevant trade
- Preferred Requirements:Experience with CNC machinery and automated systems
- Advanced training or certification in hydraulic and pneumatic technologies
- Background working in a high-paced manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of modern maintenance management software and data analysis
Location: Burlington, Ontario
Salary Range: $42/hr - $44/hr + OT
