The neurology team in Penticton is seeking two general Neurologists to support the Penticton Regional Hospital and surrounding communities. The site has access to local diagnostic services including MRI, CT, EEG and EMGs, as well as strong specialist support within the hospital. A recent hospital expansion includes newly dedicated space for outpatient neurology.
Practice Details
Location: Penticton Regional Hospital and surrounding communities. The clinic serves 90,000 residents across the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley. The hospital functions as a regional facility and secondary referral centre with 172 acute beds, providing emergency, trauma, surgical, outpatient care, and diagnostic services. A range of on-site imaging and specialty services supports neurology practice, including access to MRI, CT and nuclear medicine technology; a 10-bed ICU; and centralized hematology and transfusion medicine services for smaller local hospitals in Oliver and Princeton. The David E. Kampe Tower (DKT) expansion added state-of-the-art surgical facilities, 84 private inpatient suites, a new medical device reprocessing unit, and space for the UBC Faculty of Medicine Program. Emergency department upgrades include new trauma bays and treatment spaces.
Subspecialty interests are welcome and there is flexibility to tailor your practice style to your expertise and preferences. Leadership development opportunities are available through Interior Health’s NAVIG8 Program. Relocation funding is available with reimbursement up to $9,000 (within BC), $12,000 (within Canada), or $15,000 (from outside Canada) with eligible receipts.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
Estimated Remuneration: $200,000-$400,000+ MOCAP Level 1
Relocation Funding Available: up to $9,000 within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 from outside Canada (with eligible detailed receipts). Relocation incentives are subject to change; current rates confirmed at time of offer.
