Job Description
<p><h3>Obstetrician Gynecologist – Complex Gynecologic Surgeon</h3><p>The Saskatchewan Health Authority – Saskatoon and the University of Saskatchewan’s Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology are seeking two Obstetrician Gynecologist specialists with fellowship training in Urogynecology, advanced pelvic surgery, or minimally invasive surgery.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide inpatient, outpatient and community clinical and academic care as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Full‑time gynecology practice with optional prenatal care and obstetrical call.</li>
<li>Participate in complex gynecologic surgeries (e.g., large masses, placenta accreta spectrum).</li>
<li>Perform at least two surgical approaches: laparoscopic/hysteroscopic, vaginal, or open.</li>
<li>General gynecology on‑call duties; potential future complex gynecology call service.</li>
<li>Mentor junior colleagues and support advanced pelvic surgery assistance.</li>
<li>Actively teach residents and support research activities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Board‑certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (RCPSC) with eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).</li>
<li>Fellowship training in Urogynecology, advanced pelvic surgery, or minimally invasive surgery.</li>
<li>Excellent clinical, surgical, teaching and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>

<p>Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – practices at Saskatoon City Hospital and the Women’s Health Centre.</p>
