<p><b>Company Description</b></p><p>We are a new restaurant in The Nor Villa Hotel in Winnipeg, in a dynamite location.</p><p>This is a small family business opening with over 50 years of combined experience.</p><p>We will be seating up to 100 people, 6 days a week, from 8 am to 9 pm.</p><p>Food quality and creativity using classic recipes done well and presented in our own interpretation of the dish.</p><p>We have won Best New Restaurant and recently the top 5 in Winnipeg.</p><p>We are an experience-based business. We are always guest-first in our philosophy. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>This is a 30-35-hour on-site supervisor role at Bull & Filly in Winnipeg, MB.</p><p>The Supervisor is a Serving Manager role that oversees a small staff of professionals. Ideally, this becomes a full-time manager as we grow.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. </p><p><br></p><p>Breakfast, lunch and dinner service.</p><p>We work smart to create time.</p><p>The love of food and the drive to create unreasonable hospitality are key assets.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry, with at least 1 year in a management role</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations</li><li>Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Be a Cause in the matter.
