If you have a passion for style and helping customers find their perfect fit, as well as experience in retail customer service, we'd love to hear from you Our Optiks International - Thornhill - Centre Street, partners of solis optics - a division of FYihealth group location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as an Optician
This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client's aesthetic and performance needs
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Performing repairs and adjustments to customers' eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals
What Do You Bring?
- Registered Optician in Ontario
- Minimum one years' experience in an optical environment
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
