<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Oracle HRMS R12 Techno-functional Lead - 1m Contract</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The consultant will support Release 12 Oracle Human Resources solutions for the Customer. The consultant will talk to business users to understand support issues (L2 and L3) and provide issue resolutions working with the client L1 support team. The candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of the support-issue-resolution mechanism to deliver resolutions to the client.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.</li><li>Mandatory to have experience in Oracle HR, SSHR and OTL modules.</li><li>Good to have experience with Altiris - Incident Management system and JIRA - Problem Management system.</li><li>Good to have OLM, Oracle Fusion Apps - Goal Management, Performance Management.</li><li>Experience with different technical components of HR Modules like Discoverer Reports, Interfaces and Extensions.</li><li>Understanding of the Oracle HR Modules process flow and setups.</li><li>At least one Oracle R12 Support and/or implementation project experience.</li><li>Ability to communicate with users worldwide, understand business process issues and provide resolutions and enhancement solutions.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with the offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions, enhancements / development works.</li></ul><p>J-18808-Ljbffr</p></p>
