Our client is a global leader in industrial heating equipment, and they are immediately seeking a temporary Order Desk Coordinator to help them through their busy season ÂResponsibilities:
- Manage ERP systems and order data for all incoming customer orders.
- Prepare, issue, and track client invoices.
- Respond to and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and correct billing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update sales orders through the order lifecycle.
- Clearly and efficiently communicate with customers through phone and email.
- Help solve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively work to meet customers' needs and create a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred.Â
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset.Â
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.Â
- Proven ability to calmly perform in high-volume, fast paced environment.Â
- Highly skilled with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.Â
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
