If you excel in finalizing deals and exceeding targets, this role offers unmatched earning potential and room for growth.</p><p>The right candidate should enjoy interaction with the consumers, communicating products and services, and conducting themselves with professionalism, optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of the company.</p><p> </p><p>As an Outside Sale Closer, you will be closing deals for home service products including residential attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications.</p><p> </p><p>This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working face to face with clients on preset appointments with a commission-only pay structure.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></strong></p><p>· Conduct attic assessments for clients with set appointments</p><p>· Identify the specific Home Services needs of customers through home attic assessment to evaluate attic conditions and R-Value of current conditions</p><p>· Deliver tailored presentations and guide prospects to the right purchasing decision.</p><p>· Complete quote with client in person</p><p>· Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge</p><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>· Schedule appointments for customers with Installer technicians.</p><p>· Organize paperwork and calendar scheduling.</p><p>· Collaborate with our sales team to continuously improve the closing process</p><p>· Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity as the face of the company.</p><p>· Attend Regular meetings and keep up with safety certificates</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p><p>· Proven experience in a closing role.</p><p>· Vehicle required</p><p>· Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.</p><p>· Ability to work under pressure and hit ambitious targets.</p><p>· Driven, confident, and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.</p><p>· Demonstrated success in high-stakes, fast-paced sales environments.</p><p>· Excellent customer service abilities</p><p>· Motivated, results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.</p><p>· Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet ambitious quotas.</p><p>· An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.</p><p>· Time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.</p><p>· Self-motivated.</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to be a team player.</p><p><strong><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></strong></p><p>· Training in products, services and home assessments.</p><p>· This is a commission only position</p><p>· Job shadowing to set you up for success.</p><p>· Ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities.</p><p>· Internal career growth.</p><p> </p><p>Seeking a Sales Closer who can take charge of converting warm leads into long-term clients!
