<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a motivated and experienced CPA Engagement Manager to join our growing firm. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of client engagements and play a key leadership role within the practice. This position offers a clear and accelerated path to partnership for the right individual.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and supervise client engagements, including compilation, review, and audit mandates.</li><li>Oversee corporate and personal tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic financial advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff, ensuring timely completion of assignments and adherence to firm standards.</li><li>Conduct quality control reviews on working papers and financial statements.</li><li>Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm\'s growth.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CPA standards and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with partners on strategic planning, operational improvements, and practice development.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>CPA designation (or equivalent) required.</li><li>Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in public accounting or assurance services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and Canadian tax regulations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage staff.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership and long-term growth within the firm.</li><li>Bilingual (French/English).</li></ul><h3>Employment type</h3><ul><li>Full-time</li></ul><h3>Seniority level</h3><ul><li>Mid-Senior level</li></ul></p>
