You'll be the go-to expert, connecting our customers with the parts and accessories they need, while helping to keep our department running like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts and accessories based on their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
  • Place orders with suppliers, track shipments, and verify received parts for accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and perform inventory management duties, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of required parts and accessories for repairs and maintenance.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to process transactions, generate invoices, and track orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and advancements in automotive parts and accessories.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an Automotive Parts Consultant or in a similar role within the Automotive industry is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, components, and accessories across various vehicle makes and models.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales transactions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
