Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.
- Responsible for all employee relations case management (i.e., underperformance, disciplinary, cross-border, grievance, and sickness absence).
- Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Supporting HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence in delivering cyclical HR processes (e.g., Talent, Rewards).
Requirements
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience managing high-risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution.
- Proven success in partnering and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment based on policies, procedures, practices, and risk factors.
- Experience in core HR functions (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management) with specific expertise in HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
