Job Description

<p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Portfolio Financial Management:</strong> Assist Sr financial Manager in tracking, forecasting, and creating reporting across the Finance & ERPM portfolio.</li>
<li><strong>Resource Planning & Challenge Function:</strong> Act as a financial gatekeeper, evaluating resource requests and ensuring alignment with available funding or identifying paths to secure additional funds.</li>
<li><strong>Governance & Reporting:</strong> Support the Director, Portfolio Delivery in providing accurate and timely financial insights, reports and presentations to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<p>Experience in financial analysis, project control, or portfolio coordination within a large, complex organization.</p>
<h3>Technical Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, graphs).</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA).</li>
<li>Knowledge on Clarity data management (e.g., Spotfire reports) is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Analytical Skills</h3>
<p>Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.</p>
<h3>Communication Skills</h3>
<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.</p>

<p>Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.</p>
