Policy Specialist (Collator)

Job Description

<strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$20.26/hour</p>

<h3><strong>Schedule:</strong></h3>

<p>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM<br>
 </p>

<h3><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Generate client cancellation letters for personal lines and send via registered mail.
<li>Monitor email inbox and action requests accordingly.
<li>Scan policies as required.
<li>Perform basic printing using color production printers.
<li>Cover receptionist breaks, lunches, and PTO.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Required Skills:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
<li>Self-motivated and detail oriented.
<li>Ability to read, write, and follow English instructions.
<li>Technical proficiency with office equipment (printer, scanner, barcode reader).
<li>Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products.
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Experience:</strong></h3>

<li>6 months to 1 year in a professional working environment.
</ul>
