We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. </p><p> </p><p><strong> If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> Pay: $35 - $36.98 / hour </strong></p><p><strong> St Albert, AB </strong></p><p><strong> Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM </strong></p> Responsibilities: <ul><li> Maintain equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and fluid handling systems. </li><li>Performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as required.</li><li>Emergency repairs and adjustments while the line is running in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Responsible for smooth and efficient changeovers.</li><li>Equipment fabrication and/or modification in order to maintain and improve the lines. </li><li>Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.</li><li>Maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum reliability and highest quality possible at all times. </li><li>Maintenance of facilities and operations of all plant equipment. </li><li>Accurately record project activities and prepares appropriate operating standards and/or maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes.</li><li>Establish and maintain communication with appropriate equipment vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Responsible for start up and shut down of all plant equipment each day.</li><li>Responsible for keeping a clean safe working environment.</li><li>Responsible for working on machines that use chemicals (caustic, acids and ammonia). </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Ability to pass a Ramsay aptitude test </li><li> Production equipment maintenance experience, preferably in food and beverage environment. </li><li>Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.</li><li>Ability to understand blueprints, diagrams and ladder logic programs.</li><li>Experience with software interface tools for Allen Bradley or GE PLCs and windows based software preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using hand, power, shop and diagnostic tools.</li><li>Skilled in electrical power/controls, mechanical and fluid handling systems.</li><li>Experience working in maintenance related fields including general computer operated machines, industrial electrical and welding. </li><li>Plumbing and HVAC experience a plus. </li><li>Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills along with mechanical aptitude and ability to perform multi-task operations. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds minimum. </li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders; walking and standing required. </li><li>Tools may be required (based on location).</li><li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives including decision making and problem solving as well as adapt to changing priorities and conditions. </li><li>Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.</li><li>Trade / Technical school or Millwright certification preferred.</li><li>Forklift experience (required in some locations). </li></ul><p> </p>
