<p>We are seeking a Professional Services Senior Specialist to lead complex customer onboarding initiatives. This role is key to ensuring our customers experience a seamless transition from sale to solution delivery. You will bring deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a customer‑centric approach to drive successful implementations and customer adoption and satisfaction.</p>
<p>As a senior member of the team, you will mentor professional services specialists, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to align customer needs with product capabilities.</p>

This role is critical to the Professional Services team's mission of driving consistency, excellence, and scalability in how we implement solutions for our Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end‑to‑end implementation for large or complex customer engagements, ensuring timely and successful delivery.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technical and operational aspects of onboarding.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Product and SDM teams as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service Delivery (migration), and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the customer lifecycle.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and improve implementation methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer adoption and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service enhancements.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and support to professional services specialists.</li>
<li>Develop, update, and maintain implementation playbooks for the team.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.</li>
<li>5–7 years of experience in customer pre‑ and post‑sales engineering, solutions consulting, solutions delivery, and implementation.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge in system integration, data migration, and solution configuration.</li>
<li>Understanding of financial management principles and in‑practice workflows.</li>
<li>Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder implementation projects.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, project management, time management, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Experience working directly with mid‑market businesses and/or operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to enterprise‑level implementations.</li>
<li>Experience with QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) and QuickBooks Online (QBO / QBO Advanced), Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).</li>
<li>Knowledge of the third‑party application ecosystem that connects with and enhances QuickBooks Online.</li>
<li>An accounting or bookkeeping accreditation/certification (e.g., CPA, BBA).</li>
<li>Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.</li>
<li>Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.</li>
<li>Bilingual – French/English.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3>
<p>Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:</p>
<p><b>Toronto:</b> $92,500 - $120,000</p></p>
