<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Project Co-ordinators for upcoming assignments in Ontario related to labour disruptions, organized protests and man made crisis/disasters.</p><p>This position will require you to work up to 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project.</p><p><strong>You will earn:</strong></p><ul><li>$25-$30 per hour before over-time</li><li>Paid travel up to 4 hours</li><li>Hotel accommodation provided when required</li><li>$30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required</li><li>Temporary Contracts: 1-120 days</li></ul><p><strong>AFIMAC Project Co-ordinators are deployed to various types of assignments including:</strong></p><ul><li>Labour Disruptions</li><li>Organized protests</li><li>Man made crisis/disasters (crime scenes, structural fires, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education, Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must be able to meet the following criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>Former military, emergency management, project management or law enforcement experience required. <em>(Industry experience would also be considered)</em></li><li>Able to travel</li><li>Work away from home for extended deployments</li><li>Excellent organization and computer skills</li><li>Able to work in a high stress environment</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills</li><li>Work long hours up to 7 days per week</li><li>Be on call nights and weekends</li><li>Able to deploy on short notice -as projects dictate</li><li>Ability to manage clients that are at a senior manager/executive level</li><li>Able manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field.</li><li>Motivate and improve performance as needed</li><li>Strong team building know how</li><li>Clean criminal record</li><li>Valid drivers license and vehicle</li><li>Strong attention to detail and able to work with law enforcement and client legal counsel</li><li>Testify at legal proceedings</li><li>Very strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Have or able to obtain – required security and investigation licenses</li><li>Former corporate security role and asset</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Project management or Emergency management: 1 year (preferred)</li><li>Military or Law Enforcement: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Language:</strong></p><ul><li>English (required)</li></ul><p><strong><span >Licence/Certification:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Security License (preferred)</li><li>Private Investigator License (preferred)</li><li>Class G Drivers License (required)</li></ul><p>AFIMAC is a global risk management and elite security company.
