From basic pallet racking to advanced ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems), mole systems, mezzanines, and structural steel racking, we deliver precision, safety, and efficiency in every project.</p><p> </p><p>We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can lead complex installations from concept to completion.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> </p><p>Project Planning & Execution: Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.</p><p> </p><p>Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.</p><p> </p><p>Team Leadership: Direct and support installation crews, ensuring safety compliance and productivity.</p><p> </p><p>Technical Oversight: Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specs for systems ranging from simple racking to automated storage units.</p><p> </p><p>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site issues, material delays, and logistical challenges in real time.</p><p> </p><p>Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and progress reports.</p><p> </p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>Able to speak English</p><p>5+ years of project management experience in warehouse storage systems or industrial construction.</p><p>Proven expertise in:</p><p> </p><p>Pallet racking systems (selective, drive-in, push-back, etc.)</p><p>ASRS units and mole shuttle systems</p><p>Mezzanines and structural steel racking</p><p>Strong understanding of OSHA and site safety regulations.</p><p>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.</p><p>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).</p><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</p><p>Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.</p><p>What We Offer</p><p>Health, dental, and vision benefits</p><p>Opportunities for advancement in a growing company</p><p>A collaborative, safety-first work culture</p><p>Ready to lead the buildout of tomorrow’s warehouses?
