We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Project Manager (French/English) to lead complex, client-facing enterprise initiatives, with a strong focus on content services, document management, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Laserfiche or similar ECM solutions). Enterprise Content Management (business / IT). This role acts as the single point of accountability from project initiation through closure and transition to steady state. You will manage large-scale implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
You will operate within a structured PMO framework, applying best-in-class methodologies, tools, templates, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead enterprise-level client engagements from initiation through completion
- Manage content management / ECM / workflow automation implementations, including:
- Laserfiche
- OpenText, SharePoint, M-Files, OnBase, DocuWare, Alfresco, or similar platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Enforce change control processes aligned with PMO methodology
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the single point of contact for project communication, escalation, and decision-making
- Engage with client stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and executive leadership
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Facilitate bilingual (French/English) communication across diverse teams and clients
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage and control project budgets, including:
- Professional services
- Technical services
- Subcontractors
- Parts, materials, and ancillary costs
- Maintain project records within Project ERP / PMO systems, including:
- Contracts
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Change Orders
- Billing and revenue tracking
- Monitor revenue balances for retainers and blocks of time
Team Leadership & PMO Contribution
- Lead cross-functional teams including:
- Project Coordinators
- Consultants
- Business Analysts
- Trainers
- Solutions Integrators
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to team development, audits, and lessons learned
- Support presales activities by demonstrating delivery capability and project expertise
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards, templates, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including large-scale or enterprise initiatives
- Bilingual (French & English) — verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of PMI-based project management practices
- Experience managing client-facing, consultative projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using PM tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Jira, Asana, or equivalent
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Assets
- Experience with Laserfiche
- OR comparable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / workflow platforms:
- OpenText, SharePoint, OnBase, M-Files, DocuWare, Alfresco, Nintex, Power Automate, etc.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Additional certifications considered an asset:
- ITIL
- Agile / Scrum
- DevOps
- PgMP
- Experience working in a matrixed professional services environment
- Comfort presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders
