From first sketch to final handshake, we’re boots on the ground from day one, making sure every project we deliver lives up to our promise of Great Space.</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>You will</p><ul><li>Have overall responsibility for projects until turnover to homeowners and tenants</li><li>Provide input on consultant selections and procurement of soils testing/reports and any necessary environmental testing/reports</li><li>Be involved and represent construction at the inception of a project</li><li>Provide value engineering and construction assistance up to the issuance of DP</li><li>Facilitate and direct material issues to resolution with input from the development team</li><li>Ensure and enforce quality control of the finished product</li><li>Deliver projects on schedule, on budget and update monthly cash flow projections</li><li>Assist in updating Anthem’s site safety practices and enforce it on site</li><li>Provide estimates/budgets during the various stages of the development process</li><li>Mentor and develop Jr. Project Managers and Project Coordinators</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing all phases of designing and construction of multi-family, residential projects (required)</li><li>A thorough understanding of the specific needs, codes and regulations pertaining to building within B.C., specifically Vancouver</li><li>Competent computer skills to review and produce project documents and communicate effectively in an online, real time environment</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable)</li><li>A balance of humility and ambition</li><li>Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and navigate challenges with resilience</li><li>Comfortable and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments</li><li>Skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships with industry consultants and trades</li><li>Able to communicate priorities clearly, confidently, and with transparency</li><li>Exceptional execution of budgets and schedules with precision and ownership</li></ul><h3>We have</h3><ul><li>Great, diverse, authentic people</li><li>Unlimited career growth opportunities</li><li>Mentorship from the ‘best in the biz’</li><li>Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development</li><li>Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses</li><li>100% employer paid Benefit Plan with Healthcare Spending Account and Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Educational Assistance Program</li><li>Dress for your day policy… and more!</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>We are currently looking for Project Managers with experience in concrete or wood-frame.
