The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service to tenants and property owners.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><b>Customer Service</b><ul><li>Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.</li><li>Manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes with professionalism.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to foster a sense of community.</li></ul><b>Financial Management</b><ul><li>Assist with rent collection, and processing of payments.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for assigned properties.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments in accordance with company policies.</li></ul><b>Maintenance Coordination</b><ul><li>Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely communication with tenants and vendors.</li><li>Liaise with contractors and service providers to schedule repairs and ensure quality work.</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.</li></ul><b>Administrative Duties</b><ul><li>Maintain organized records, including lease documents, tenant correspondence, and property reports.</li><li>Support marketing efforts by updating property listings and assisting with tenant outreach.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.</li></ul><b>Team Collaboration</b><ul><li>Work closely with the property management team to streamline operations and improve processes.</li><li>Provide administrative support for property-related projects and initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.</li></ul><br /><b>Qualifications & Skills</b><ul><li>College diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles is preferred, but candidates passionate about property management are also welcome.</li><li>Travel to the property two to three times per week is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for these visits.</li><li>Fluency in Mandarin is an asset.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations is a plus.</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>nc9nB147uw</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
