Serving Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Cornwall, Brockville, and nearby areas, we offer a wide range of personal support, nursing, and specialized care services</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>Are you a compassionate health professional ready to take on a leadership role in home care?</p><p> Right at Home Ottawa is looking for a PSW Team Lead / Junior Care Planner to support our growing team of caregivers and clients across the community.</p><p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of client interaction, care coordination, and team mentorship while contributing to exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>In this full-time, hybrid role based in Ottawa, the PSW Team Lead / Junior Care Planner supports both clients and caregivers to ensure high-quality, compassionate home care.
