Our SaaS platform allows firms to onboard new clients, interact with their existing clients and simplify costly back-office procedures with smart automation and great user experience.</p><p>This is a pivotal time for a transition to cloud services, which has fueled rapid growth in our customer base, as firms seek a product of our quality in order to put their best foot forward to remote clients.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your mission:</p><p>Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and also working closely with the Solutions Engineering, Post Launch Engineering, and Product teams in order to deliver the best quality product to our clients. Your primary tasks will include:</p><ul><li>Regression testing: Ensure that the application and configuration meet the established standards set by Mako and the client<ul><li>Inspect deliverables before each release</li><li>Automate regression tests using existing automation frameworks</li></ul></li><li>Interact with the team including Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers and Software Engineers to understand business, functional and data modifications in scope for each sprint/release</li><li>Understand the documentation relating to the business process review</li><li>Develop and execute Test Plans to validate the system changes and functionality, ensuring sufficient coverage of the functionality</li><li>Identify and track defects, providing reports of test outcomes</li><li>Recommend and institutionalize QA best practices, methodology and tool</li><li>Work closely with the Solutions Engineering, Post Launch Engineering, and Product teams to improve existing processes</li></ul><p>About you:</p><ul><li>Educational background in computer <span >science/math/physics/engineering</span></li><li>Experience across the testing lifecycle development of Test Plans, creation of Test Cases and Test Scripts, Test Reporting, and Test Data Management</li><li>Experience creating test plans covering positive, negative, and edge case testing</li><li>Experience in testing Web applications with different browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work on QA tasks independently</li><li>You have excellent documentation and writing skills</li><li>Highly organized, ability to multitask and work well under pressure</li><li>You possess the ability to learn and retain technical knowledge quickly</li><li>You have knowledge of the application development practices working as a member of an implementation team practicing software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/Scrum</li><li>Test automation experience is preferred</li><li>Experience with JIRA preferred</li><li>Working knowledge and experience in the investment or wealth management industry is preferred</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Remote.
