<p>Quality Assurance Assistant – Lerus Training</p><p>Location:<br> Flexible (can be remote or based in a country with an existing Lerus Training Centre)</p><p>Lerus Training is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <br>Quality Assurance Assistant<br> to support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving our global quality systems.</p><p>This position offers the opportunity to work closely with training centres around the world, participate in quality audits, and travel internationally to support on-site reviews and compliance activities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing quality documentation.</li><li>Support internal audits and compliance activities across Lerus Training centres.</li><li>Maintain document control and record-keeping systems.</li><li>Communicate with training centre staff to ensure alignment with company standards.</li><li>Participate in planned international visits and on-site quality inspections.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).</li><li>Good written and verbal English.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally as part of the job.</li></ul><p>Preferred (but not mandatory):</p><ul><li>Experience in administrative, compliance, or audit-related roles.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO or Quality Management Systems.</li></ul><p> <br>Compensation:</p><p>Salary will be determined based on experience and discussed during the interview process.</p><p> <br>Interested candidates:</p><p>Please feel free to send your resume to <br></p>
