This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values what you bring and supports your growth every step of the way.</p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>100% employer-paid health & dental benefits</li><li>RRSP matching</li><li>Annual fitness and wellness credits</li><li>Modern office space in the ICE District</li><li>Industry-leading technology</li><li>A supportive, tight-knit team culture</li><li>Frequent team events and social activities</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Front Desk & Client Experience</p><ul><li>Warmly welcome and assist clients and visitors, offering beverages and ensuring they are comfortably seated in the appropriate boardroom</li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Set up and manage video conferencing and boardroom bookings for meetings</li><li>Ensure the front office, boardrooms, café, and servery are tidy and well-stocked daily</li><li>Book and manage client parking as needed</li><li>Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and packages, including FedEx, Purolator, and local couriers</li><li>Order catering and supplies for meetings and office events</li><li>Support building maintenance by coordinating service visits and resolving issues</li><li>Set up and take down seasonal office décor</li></ul><p>Administrative & Accounting Support</p><ul><li>Maintain and update the Minute Book database and client contact records</li><li>Assist with lawyer registrations, membership renewals, and event sign-ups</li><li>Post disbursements and assist with various accounting projects/processes</li><li>Manage office communications and shared mailboxes</li><li>Provide event planning support for team functions such as lunch & learns, summer events, and holiday celebrations</li><li>Assist with holiday mailings and other special projects</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager</li></ul><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li>Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and with a team</li><li>Warm, professional, and polished presence—especially when interacting with clients</li><li>Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving and evolving environment</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement</li></ul><p>If you're ready to be the backbone of a dynamic team and the friendly face of our firm, apply today.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>RRSP match</li><li>Vision care</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li>A client walks in while you're on a call with another client.
