Join Our Team as a Recreation/Activity Aide – Oakville, ON.
Do you love bringing smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments to people’s lives? We’re looking for a Recreation/Activity Aide with energy, creativity, and a big heart to help our residents live life to the fullest.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading games, crafts, music, exercise, and outings that brighten every day
* Cheering residents on and helping them stay engaged and active
* Assisting residents safely to and from programs
* Helping plan special events and celebrations that make our community sparkle
* Working with a fun, supportive team that shares your passion
What We’re Looking For:
* Recreation/Activity Aide Certificate
* Someone who has experience with seniors (bonus if it’s in retirement or long-term care)
* Great communication skills, positivity, and patience
* A creative spirit and a “can-do” attitude
* Current CPR/First Aid and a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
