Job Description
<p>Daily Responsibilities (A Day in the Life):</p><p><br>• Partner with the Recruitment team to develop a thorough understanding of profiles to be hired for.</p><p><br>• Identify suitable candidate profiles to move forward in the recruitment process.</p><p><br>• Oversee the assessment process for candidates applying to high-volume roles.</p><p><br>• Review and distribute candidate assessments to the appropriate recruitment partner.</p><p><br>• Accurately input documentation on candidates, interview schedules, and other recruiting activities using the applicant tracking system (Workday).</p><p><br>• Maintain metrics related to the candidate assessment process.</p><p><br>• Continuously seek efficiencies to enhance the employee experience.</p><p>Required Program/Technology/Software Knowledge:</p><p><br>• Excel, Word, Outlook – used for documentation, reporting, communication, and tracking activities.</p><p>Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:</p><p><br>• 2–3 years of pure recruitment experience (corporate roles, non-technical).</p><p><br>• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills required to maintain a high-volume workload, with strong attention to detail.</p><p><br>• Proven problem-solving skills, including analytical and numeric reasoning abilities.</p><p>Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:</p><p><br>• Workday experience is an asset.</p><p>Soft Skills:</p><p><br>• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p><br>• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and numeric reasoning.</p>Create Your Resume First
