What You’ll Do

• Provide results-driven care using evidence-informed techniques.
• Work with clients across all walks of life — desk workers, parents, athletes, weekend warriors.
• Build rapport and long-term treatment plans through strong clinical reasoning.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and fellow RMTs to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in workshops, mentorship, and outreach to continually sharpen your skills.

Requirements

• Registered and in good standing with CMTO.
• Passion for learning and building a long-term career.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team.
• Flexible with evenings/weekends (balanced schedules).
• Open-minded, positive, and motivated by results.
