<p><h3>Retail Media Network Manager</h3><p>Join Sobeys Inc. in our Retail Media Network team to lead strategy and operations for the EM+ program.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a key member of the RMN leadership team, collaborating with other functional leaders and the Head of Retail Media to define and refine the vision and strategy of EM+.</li>
<li>Drive long‑term strategic planning frameworks, planning and timelines, shaping future‑focused initiatives and ensuring execution readiness.</li>
<li>Lead frequent RMN reporting processes, orchestrating the team’s efforts to deliver periodic financial forecasting, budgeting, and executive updates and presentations.</li>
<li>Oversee the day‑to‑day operational functions of the RMN organization: revenue management (planning & forecasting, pricing, rate cards, billing, levels of service), marketing and public relations (internal and external), process development, implementation and improvement, training (internal and external), and implementation of new advertising technology and tools; support legal governance, data security, purchasing and other cross‑functional approvals.</li>
<li>Develop RMN performance frameworks to set goals, measure results and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Support GTM and commercial enablement efforts, including case studies, client webinars and the EM+ value proposition.</li>
<li>Partner with the Head of EM+ and HR to lead the Nova Scotia Talent Strategy, recruiting and developing a high‑performing Halifax‑based team.</li>
<li>Lead cross‑functional alignment with enterprise marketing, shopper marketing, promotional planning, loyalty, IT, measurement, product management, legal, security, purchasing, finance and HR, as well as advisory committees and external suppliers, ensuring collaboration governance, decision clarity and organisational support of EM+.</li>
<li>Adhere to a hybrid work model, requiring presence at an office location at least three days per week.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 12+ years of digital advertising, media or marketing experience in a complex, matrixed organization.</li>
<li>Experience creating, implementing and refining processes to drive efficiency.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience leading high‑performing teams.</li>
<li>Experience in a start‑up environment a plus; retail or CPG experience a plus.</li>
<li>Proven ability to guide a cross‑functional team to a common vision and lead through influence.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with limited resources.</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen.</li>
</ul>
