<p><b>Deliverables:</b><br></p><p>Over the duration of engagement, the data modelling resource will be responsible for the following key deliverables:<br></p><li>Support the advancement of an OH data roadmap of the EHR include envisioning a Digital Health Data Dictionary (DHDD), of which the foundations of metadata management tooling, and OIDs/URIs database updates are key inputs. <br></li><li>Advance the implementation of tooling in metadata management at OH.<br></li><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p><li>Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams—including clinical, product, and development stakeholders to advance the development of a Digital Health Data Dictionary (DHDD).<br></li><li>Provide strategic guidance to support the implementation of a metadata management tool proof of concept.<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Desired Skills:</b><br></p><li>Excellent strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication skills, including ability to translate complex concepts into plain-language visuals or briefings.<br></li><li>Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of Ontario.<br></li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.<br></li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.<br></li><li>Ability to build trust and model alignment with peers, bringing humility, curiosity, and shared mission orientation.<br></li><li>Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectations<br></li><li>Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables<br></li><li>Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.<br></li><li>Ability to engage with cross functional teams to define the scope of a project and to determine requirements<br></li>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Must Haves:</b> <br></p><li>7+ years Experience working across cross-functional teams—including clinical, product, and development stakeholders.      <br></li><li>7+ years Experience in developing processes and procedures for implementing deliverables related to metadata management. <br></li><li>7+ years Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices. <br></li><li>7+ years Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong partner engagement skills.  <br></li><p><b>Required Skills:</b><br></p><li>Experience working across cross-functional teams—including clinical, product, and development stakeholders and provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.  <br></li><li>Experience in developing processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.<br></li><li>Experience and/or knowledge implementing metadata tooling and solutions.<br></li><p><b> </b><br></p><p><b>Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:  </b><br></p><li>Experience working across cross-functional teams—including clinical, product, and development stakeholders.<br></li><li>Experience and/or knowledge implementing metadata tooling and solutions.<br></li><li>Experience in facilitating assessments as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable.<br></li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.<br></li>
