<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong><br />Job Details: CRM Developer <br><br>Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.</li><li>Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.</li><li>Customize Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML</li><li>Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages</li><li>Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with Enterprise systems</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Skill Set Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Experience (30%)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.</li><li>Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.</li><li>Customize Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML</li><li>Expert knowledge working with Dynamic CRM SDK, Dynamic CRM Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, Fetch XML and XRM Toolbox.</li><li>Experience building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular-JS, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and integrate with Dynamic CRM Online.</li><li>Building complex MS Power Bi Reports on Dynamic CRM online for on-demand and schedule reporting.</li><li>Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages</li><li>Expert knowledge of Cloud Security Principles related to Dynamic CRM such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication, CRM Business Units, Teams and Roles management.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills (40%)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Agile methodologies</li><li>Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design</li><li>Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools and customer journey analytics.</li><li>Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365</li><li>Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development</li><li>Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies</li><li>Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript</li><li>Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting and Integration (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of creating CRM Dynamics Reports and MS Power Bi Reports and CRM Word Template Creation Knowledge</li><li>Proven experience as a CRM Developer, with a strong focus on reporting and analytics.</li><li>Solid understanding of SQL, data visualization tools and CRM APIs.</li><li>Experience with ETL processes and data integration.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with OPS Enterprise systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication Skills (10%)</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to: solution documentation, </li><li>user manuals, reports, reviews, assessments</li><li>Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients</li><li>Ability to communicate designs and development in clear and understandable manner</li></ul><p>FSIN</p></p></p>
