<p><p>Consultant</p><p>This position offers remote work with flexibility to work from home, in our offices, or a combination of both.</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>As an Intelexian, this role is critical to helping our customers drive positive change by implementing and configuring solutions to achieve their Health and Safety business goals.</p><h3>What will you be working on?</h3><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle for new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers.</li><li>Lead projects with varying scope and complexity, collaborating with customers across industries to gather, document, and configure requirements.</li><li>Conduct testing, training, and go-live support to ensure customer satisfaction and desired outcomes.</li><li>Strive to achieve targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and utilization.</li><li>Travel infrequently (up to 20%) to customer sites.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Advise customers on solution design and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage customer and internal project team relationships and communications, keeping stakeholders up to date on project status.</li><li>Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops for requirements gathering and configuration reviews to align solutions with customer needs.</li><li>Propose solutions to handle challenges or scope changes and understand customer goals.</li><li>Contribute to change orders with estimations and recommendations to navigate scope, budget, and timelines.</li><li>Perform solution testing and coordinate with QA during User Acceptance Testing.</li><li>Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs (onsite or remote) during implementations.</li><li>Assist Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.</li></ul><h3>Who you will be working with</h3><ul><li>Role sits in the Professional Services organization within the Consulting function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.</li><li>Access to the Global Services community for support from peers, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts.</li><li>A tenured team member will mentor you during onboarding.</li></ul><h3>What can you expect working with Intelex?</h3><ul><li>Opportunities to contribute to improving customer safety and environmental outcomes.</li><li>Flexibility to work with customers globally across industries.</li><li>Opportunity to develop expertise on the Intelex platform and related tools and integrations.</li><li>Configuration across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.</li><li>Hands-on software and integration configuration experience, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML) to format structure and layout of SaaS software.</li><li>Understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery targets.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex enterprise challenges and deliver practical solutions.</li><li>Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.</li><li>Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive communication skills.</li><li>Ability to engage with customers, uncover core needs, and tailor solutions to desired outcomes.</li><li>Consultative approach and proactive mindset to anticipate needs and simplify processes.</li><li>Ability to manage mid-market and enterprise projects with ambitious deadlines in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences, including technical and director-level stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Perks and Benefits</h3><ul><li>25 days of holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Floating Day for your birthday</li><li>Study Days – unlimited paid leave for professional development</li><li>Volunteer Days for community service</li><li>Pension, medical/dental plans, life/critical illness insurance</li><li>Career Development Allowance up to £1,500 per year</li><li>Referral scheme with up to £2,000</li><li>Wellness Spending Allowance up to £700 per year</li></ul><p>We welcome you to work with us to make a difference by helping companies become safer and more sustainable.
