We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team of lighting professionals on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of LED retrofit sales experience and will be familiar with lighting audits.

Responsibilities and Duties*

• Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business accounts / relationships.
• Actively manage and grow existing accounts and new accounts through communications, site visits and understanding their needs and providing practical solutions and exceptional support.

· Promote and sell Company's products/services to existing and new customers.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Perform Energy Audits, Commissioning, Lighting recommendations and quotes for client’s facilities.

· Coordinate Electricians and manage materials supply for project execution.

· Hold presentations and training for clients regarding products and services.

· Willing to travel to other Canadian provinces as required.

· Meet or exceed min sales targets as set by Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communications skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of LED Retrofit sales experience.
• Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Fluent in French is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer support.
• Excellent time management and organizational ability.
• Strong work ethic with a personal drive.
• Ability to be flexible and work within a team environment.
• Computer skills – particularly with Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
