If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. With an ambitious expansion strategy ahead, we seek proactive, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to propel us towards our next phase of growth!</p><p><strong>This is a fully remote, commission-based role within Canada, offered as an ongoing contract starting with a one-year term.</strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Initiate and maintain contact with merchants or borrowers to identify new opportunities. </li><li>Set and strive to achieve targets, contributing to the company's growth plan.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.</li><li>Actively seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to enhance sales techniques and performance.</li><li>Operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to finding solutions to challenges as they arise.</li><li>Apply strong business acumen to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.</li><li>Maintain high integrity and ensure the delivery of the right solutions to the right clients consistently.</li><li>Utilize CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ideally, 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record. However, recent graduates with a passion for sales will also be considered.</li><li>Fluent in both English and French, both written and verbal.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new technologies quickly.</li><li>Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM (such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc)</li><li>Desire to work on a competitive, target-driven business sales team.</li><li>Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.</li><li>Strong written and oral business communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Winner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for two consecutive years.
