Job Description
This role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), WorkForce Software (WFS), SAP Payroll/ECP, and Fieldglass, along with proven experience building secure, scalable integration solutions on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
You have:
- 10+ years experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI
- Strong background in HRIS integrations: SuccessFactors + WorkForce Software
- Proven experience moving integrations from SOAP to REST/OData
- Strong understanding of secure API design, resilience patterns, observability, and scaling
- Knowledge of EC APIs (SFAPI/OData) + WFS APIs
Key Responsibilities
️ Design & Build Integrations on SAP BTP
- Architect and implement integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), Event Mesh, API Management, and Destination Services.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs, webhooks, and batch interfaces across EC, WFS, SAP Payroll, ECP Payroll, and Fieldglass.
- Optimize data flows for real-time and near real-time integration patterns.
️ Migration: SOAP REST
- Lead transformation of legacy SOAP integrations into REST/OData.
- Redesign schemas, contracts, handling patterns, and apply modern auth frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SAML, mTLS).
- Implement API governance including throttling, traffic control, retry, and security policies.
️ API & Domain Expertise (EC & WFS)
- Utilize SuccessFactors SFAPI and OData APIs across user/employment/time/compensation modules.
- Integrate WorkForce Software APIs (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance logistics).
️ Documentation & Integration Analysis
- Build and maintain interface specs, message flows, sequence diagrams, runbooks, and error handling frameworks.
- Ensure auditability through structured configuration baselines.
