<p><h3>SAP Technical Quality Manager</h3>

This role focuses on driving excellence in service delivery for Premium Engagement contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the engagement lifecycle.</p>
<h3>What you’ll do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the Premium Engagement program.</li>
<li>Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements\Resource‑planning, solution design, and value proposition creation for Premiumheid engagements.</li>
<li>Develop governance, risk management, and escalation processes for Premium Engagement services.</li>
<li>Prepare executive reporting and presentations; coordinate resource staffing and contract management.</li>
<li>Execute engineering services across design, optimization, assessment, integration, validation, operations, and training workshops.</li>
<li>Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong SAP business and technical길 solution architecture expertise.</li>
<li>5‑8+ years of experience with SAP’s enterprise, industry, platform, SaaS, third‑party, or partner technologies.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.</li>
<li>Background in pre‑sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycles, and customer retention.</li>
<li>Experience working with C‑level executive, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors.</li>
<li>Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de‑escalNavigation skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s STEM degree (or equivalent experience in technology).</li>
