Join our team and help shape the future of our global expansion.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Commodity and Trade risk management system consultant for the Allegro Practice. You will bring SME knowledge in deal modeling, valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy. You will ensure successful project delivery, employing consultancy and project management best practices. In addition, you will be supporting the growth of Value Creed's Energy and Commodities consulting practice.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Strategic Consulting and SME</p><ul><li>Provide strategic guidance to clients on implementing Allegro ETRM for various energy products.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in Allegro, covering both physical products and derivatives.</li><li>Apply expertise in commodity/energy operations, financial products, risk management, and accounting.</li></ul><p>Requirements Gathering and Solution Design</p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change management strategies.</li><li>Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals.</li></ul><p>Documentation and Project Management</p><ul><li>Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables.</li><li>Lead implementation work, including system configuration, functional testing, and production support.</li><li>Ensure adherence to implementation best practices, documentation standards, and resolution processes.</li></ul><p>Integration and Customization</p><ul><li>Collaborate with technical teams to create customizations and integrations with other systems.</li><li>Address specific client needs by developing seamless integrations and functionalities.</li></ul><p>Advisory and Industry Knowledge</p><ul><li>Provide industry and functional advisory to clients as required.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the ETRM/CTRM domain.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership and Development</p><ul><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, supporting their growth and development.</li><li>Offer training on Allegro functionality and general ETRM/CTRM concepts.</li></ul><p>Communication and Stakeholder Management</p><ul><li>Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Manage business changes and stakeholder expectations adeptly</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Extensive experience working with Allegro software, specifically 7 to 8 years of hands-on expertise.</li><li>Proficient in using Allegro for energy trading, risk management, and market operations.</li><li>Master's degree in Energy Business or any other closely related field or industry-related experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>About Us</b></p><p>Value Creed, founded in 2016, is a systems integration and technology solutions company that serves leading energy clients from offices in North America, Canada, the UK, Singapore, UAE, and Europe.
