The role involves overseeing contractors, developing work plans, and conducting inspections to uphold quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in estimating, supervising scaffold crews, and civil construction, with a background in underground mining being advantageous. The position offers a rotation of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
