<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Senior Human Resources Consultant</strong></p><p>SIEL Human Solutions is a HR Consulting firm offering strategic customized end to end solutions.</p><p>Our company is seeking a <strong>Part Time</strong> <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Human Resources Consultant. This can be a contract or permanent position.</strong></p><p>Reporting to the CEO, the Senior HR Consultant will be responsible for providing support to our clients located across the province of Saskatchewan, with a focus working with clients in Saskatoon. In this role, you may work remotely but may be required to work on site with staff and management on a variety of HR projects ranging from the development of HR <span >policies/procedures,</span> job descriptions, recruitment and selection; compensation, performance management; training and development and ad hoc projects as determined by the client.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and execute client projects across a variety of HR disciplines, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.</li><li>Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. </li><li>Manage employee relations matters for clients, including accommodations, leave of absence requests, absenteeism, disputes, and performance management (including terminations).</li><li>Prepare high-quality documentation, ensuring accuracy prior to client submission.</li><li>Provide responsive and practical support to clients navigating complex employee relations and compliance matters.</li><li>Assist clients in building HR best practices that are tailored to their culture and operational needs.</li><li>Work closely with colleagues across SIEL Human Solutions to ensure consistency in client service delivery and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Contribute to internal process improvements and participate in regular team development activities.</li><li>Facilitate and make recommendations for new human resources programs and changes as needed.</li><li>Maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with client on site and virtually, and acts as a liaison between management and staff to help build strong relationships and trust.</li><li>Additional tasks as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Post secondary education in Human Resource Management from an accredited Canadian university.</li><li>HR certification is an asset.</li></ul><ul><li>20+ years of demonstrated experience in human resources handling complex HR issues in a consulting or client-facing capacity.</li><li>Project management experience is a must.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in different industries is an asset, but preference will be given to candidates in the manufacturing industry.</li><li>Ability to work onsite with clients in Saskatoon.</li><li>Knowledge of HR <span >policies/procedures</span> related to recruitment and selection; compensation and performance management; training and development and applicable labor standards and employment law.</li><li>Proven success in delivering strategic HR solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.</li><li>Strong computer skills: MS Office applications, ATS and HRIS.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly professional and able to represent SIEL Human Solutions internally and externally to the organization.</li><li>Ability to work with private and confidential documents.</li><li>Ability to lead initiatives and projects for clients.</li><li>Ability to raise issues pro-actively and in a timely manner.</li><li>Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment and take initiative in dealing with confidential information and/or in responding to inquiries.</li><li>Superior interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.</li><li>Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solutions-oriented, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.</li></ul><p>If you looking to pursue a long-term flexible career while working with a great team, we want you! </p><p>SIEL Human Solutions offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for learning and growth!</p><p>We appreciate your interest, but please note that we will only be contacting successful applicants. </p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
