This is a chance to play a key role in building and scaling cross-platform mobile applications that feel truly native, and actually work like they should.</p><p>If you&#39;re the kind of engineer who takes pride in quality, ownership, and proactive problem-solving, this might be your next big move.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own the entire mobile stack</strong> from planning and development to deployment and support.</li><li><strong>Build top-tier mobile apps</strong> using <strong>React Native</strong>, while seamlessly integrating native Android and iOS modules when needed.</li><li><strong>Design, develop, and maintain</strong> reliable, scalable code across both platforms, with performance, usability, and stability in mind.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> (PMs, designers, back-end engineers) to bring product ideas to life and ensure smooth, intuitive user experiences.</li><li><strong>Debug across layers</strong>, from JavaScript to native, using your deep understanding of how things work under the hood.</li><li><strong>Write and maintain technical documentation</strong> that helps others follow your work and build on it.</li><li>Stay current on <strong>mobile dev trends</strong>, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.</li></ul><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong><ul><li>5+ years in mobile development, including <strong>React Native</strong> and <strong>native Android (Kotlin/Java)</strong> and <strong>iOS (Swift/Objective-C)</strong>.</li><li>Strong grasp of <strong>JavaScript</strong>, <strong>TypeScript</strong>, and ES6+.</li><li>Experience shipping apps to both the <strong>App Store</strong> and <strong>Google Play Store</strong>.</li><li>Solid backend understanding and experience with <strong>Node.js</strong> and RESTful APIs.</li><li>Fluency in <strong>Mandarin </strong>(spoken and written) is required</li><li>Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.</li><li>Excellent communicator and collaborator, you’re clear, proactive, and easy to work with.</li></ul><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong><ul><li>Experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li><li>A flair for <strong>native UI/UX animations</strong> and transitions.</li><li>Contributions to open-source mobile projects.</li></ul><strong>Why This Role?</strong><p>Because you won’t just be another mobile developer, you’ll be a <strong>key voice</strong> on a team that values <strong>ownership</strong>, <strong>technical depth</strong>, and <strong>real impact</strong>.
