<p>Job Title: Senior .NET Developer</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our development team and lead the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong problem-solving skills, excellent architectural understanding, and the ability to mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for full SDLC delivery, high-quality coding, system integrations, and contributing to innovation across the technology landscape.</p> <p> Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Application Development & Architecture</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET technologies.</li><li>Lead technical design sessions and contribute to architectural decisions.</li><li>Build scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems and APIs.</li><li>Ensure adherence to best coding practices, performance optimization, and maintainability.</li><li>System Integration & Deployment</li><li>Develop and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.</li><li>Technical Leadership & Collaboration</li><li>Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.</li><li>Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality software.</li><li>Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.</li><li>Quality Assurance</li><li>Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.</li><li>Ensure code quality through peer reviews, refactoring, and adherence to SOLID principles.</li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer (C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+).</li><li>Strong experience with:</li><li>ASP.NET Core</li><li>Entity Framework / EF Core</li><li>REST APIs & Microservices</li><li>SQL Server / PostgreSQL</li><li>LINQ & asynchronous programming</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCPpreferably Azure).</li><li>Understanding of clean architecture, DDD, design patterns, and SOLID principles.</li><li>Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Blazor) is advantageous.</li><li>Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.</li></ul> <p>Soft Skills</p><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.</li></ul> <p> Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Relevant Microsoft certifications beneficial but not required.</li></ul>
