<p>We’ve raised a $21.5m Series A from Tier 1 investors, and we’re rapidly growing and looking to hire A-players to change the future of banking in Canada.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Driving the creation of exceptional products and user experiences by blending business insight, creative product thinking, and technical know-how.</li>
<li>Play a key role in shaping the roadmap and future of the product, providing strong direction and input across product and design decisions.</li>
<li>Empowering thousands of companies on Venn to better manage their finances by expanding and enhancing our core product capabilities.</li>
<li>Using data, experimentation, and real customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the product.</li>
<li>Working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure high-quality delivery.</li>
<li>Shaping the overall vision, strategy, and operational processes that will scale product management as Venn grows.</li>
<li>Acting as a builder and pioneer, setting the standard for product excellence as the first PM hire at Venn.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of product management experience, successfully taking technical products from concept to launch.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of how to use data and experimentation to drive decisions.</li>
<li>Experience navigating complex trade-offs and prioritizing effectively in fast-moving environments.</li>
<li>Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross‑functional teams.</li>
<li>Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit - comfortable being the first PM and shaping the role as the company scales.</li>
