<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Position Summary<p>The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-value institutional and commercial projects. This role is responsible for overall project performance and may manage multiple projects while mentoring Project Managers and contributing to pre-construction and business development efforts.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li><p>Lead the delivery of large-scale or multiple institutional and commercial projects</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic oversight of project budgets, schedules, and risk management</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and key stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Oversee and mentor Project Managers and project teams</p></li><li><p>Participate in pre-construction planning, value engineering, and procurement strategies</p></li><li><p>Review and negotiate major contracts, change orders, and claims</p></li><li><p>Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements</p></li><li><p>Report project performance to executive leadership</p></li><li><p>Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the organization</p></li></ul>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li><p>10+ years of experience with a General Contractor, including leadership roles</p></li><li><p>Proven track record delivering complex institutional and commercial projects</p></li><li><p>Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation experience</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with construction management systems and scheduling tools</p></li><li><p>Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline</p></li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li><p>Competitive executive-level compensation and benefits</p></li><li><p>Leadership role on high-profile, complex projects</p></li><li><p>Long-term career growth within a stable and respected organization</p></li></ul></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
